General Return Policy Questions
What is the return policy for marygabriella.com?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt and will refund the original amount paid to the original form of payment. All we ask is that the item is in new condition and in original packaging. See below for seasonal restrictions.

Please note that all seasonal items such as Halloween, Christmas, Easter, etc. must be returned 7 days prior to the holiday in new condition, original packaging, original receipt or order confirmation email and will be refunded to the original form of payment. After this time frame, we will gladly accept an exchange or refund with the original receipt or order confirmation email.

We do not accept returns on Gerson International products via shipping at this time. All Gerson International products must be returned in-store.
Are there any return exceptions?

Yes, exceptions include:

Helium Tanks
Custom and Personalized Items (US Only)
Partial Party Kits – Party Kit Components cannot be returned individually
Blades and Wood Birthday Kits
I misplaced my order confirmation email. How do I return an item?
If you ordered online through your marygabriella.com account, you can find your order number in your order history after logging into your marygabriella.com account. You can also request a new order confirmation email by contacting us.

How do I return a pre-ordered item?
Pre-orders cannot be returned until you receive your item. You can then return your order in-store or by mail.
How do I know my return has been processed?
Once we receive your return, the refund will be reflected in your bank statement within 2-5 business days*.

*Shipping and handling charges and taxes are non-refundable.
